Day six - Portland to Warrnambool

Hi all ... not our favourite day today but still a goodie. The traffic today was a bit more intense and the scenery a little less appealing .... it was a bit like being thrown from yesterday's fantasy land of remoteness and blissful conditions into a blender and "the real world of cars and people" Saw lots of people and cars today whilst on the road .... however we did stop in the lovely town of Port Fairy and did some sightseeing on Griffith's Island and we also spent some time chilling on the beach here in Warrnambool this afternoon. Beautiful beach and coastline so tomorrow's ride on the Great Ocean road promises to be a goodie. We might need to haul our arses out of bed a bit earlier tomorrow as I think we might need to get a few more kms under our belt than we did today. In the tent tonight so hopefully we'll get a decent sleep.
